Each item is 100% hand-crafted and top of class in quality and presentation. This ceremonial matcha set contains the following items:

Tenchi Organic Ceremonial Matcha – The kit comes with our highly prized Tenchi Organic Ceremonial Grade matcha in the 30g 30 serving size. This is one of the absolute rarest qualities of organic ceremonial grade in all of Japan, harvested in only small quantities every year. This matcha is packed with an unprecedented umami flavor & energizing effect.

Premium Ceramics – Choose between a premium matcha bowl (chawan), or a matcha tumbler (drinking cup) as  your mixing drinking vessel. Each ceramic is hand-shaped and glazed; no two are alike.

Japanese-made Tea Caddy – Included in the curated set, you have the choice between either of two elegantly crafted, 100% authentic Japanese tea caddies. Select between the Shining Silver Lacquer Caddy, or opt for the more premium & larger Copper Caddy. Both caddies are produced by our partners who own multigenerational facilities specializing in this traditional items. If you re a big matcha drinker, please note that the Copper Caddy holds the most matcha.

Japanese Tea Scoop – Each scoop is produced by a 24th generation master artisans who s bamboo work is on museum display and who s collective work is considered a national treasure of Japanese tea history. 

Matcha Tea Sifter – This sieve is specially made for the fine particle size of matcha and has had a long history in use as part of the Japanese Tea Ceremony. This sifter is made of 100% stainless steel directly in Japan. 

Traditional Bamboo Whisk – You ll notice you can choose between an electric or traditional whisk. The traditional whisk is also produced by our 24th generation partner producer in Nara, Japan, using his own bamboo farm. Each whisk features an 80-prong composition for delicate and truly gorgeous frothing.

Whisk Holder – If you re choosing the Bowl & Whisk style of this premium matcha set, you ll also receive a Whisk Holder to help maintain the quality, cleanliness, shape, and lifespan of the traditional bamboo whisk. This whisk holder helps protect the investment into this central utensil.
